Birth in all its forms is a transformative event. Our transition to becoming parents is as unique and diverse as we are. With a strong support circle, may we navigate this magnificent change as we honour and rediscover ourselves with grace!
Nadia is absolutely joyful to be the momma of two children 22 years apart in age. Her birthing experiences have taught her about the value of companionship through this sacred transition. She understands the importance of holding space for clients by taking their cues as direction and their values as the heart of all care. Nadia believes that our bodies harbour innate wisdom and that through presence we can learn to listen to our bodies and tap into this knowledge.
Nadia is in the process of completing requirements to be eligible to offer services to Indigenous families at little or no cost through the Doulas for Aboriginal Families Grant Program (DAFGP). Inquiries welcome. https://bcaafc.com/dafgp/families/

Birth Support Packages
Birth Support Services: 4 home visits including prenatal and postpartum, one to one care through labour and birth up to 2 hours post delivery, unlimited text/phone/email support from initiation of care to 6 weeks postpartum. Investment by sliding scale: $700-$1200 ($700 accessible – $1000 standard – $1200 generous; generous rate for those who can afford it helps offset those utilizing the accessible rate)
Postpartum Support Services: Client care emphasises rest for birthers and family and is flexible. It may take the form of grocery shopping, meal preparation, baby care and education, sibling care, light housekeeping, emotional support and companionship. Available 6am-10pm daily. Investment: $30/hour* (4-8 hours/visit). *15% off for birth support clients
